Teddy- by Ian Robertson
We held that teddy bear this morning, The one we gave to you.
You were going to hold him in your grasp,
And keep him warm and oh so snug.
We were going to tuck you in each evening, as night time came around.
And hide around the corner as you talked to him in play.
But now we just have teddy and the memories of you.
But Angels live forever, and so do teddy bears.
We were going to tuck you in each evening, as night time came around.
And hide around the corner as you talked to him in play.
But now we just have teddy and the memories of you.
But Angels live forever, and so do teddy bears.
